Row. Run. Bike.
This unique event brings the competition of a triathlon inside. It will include a a 1500 meter row, a 2 mile treadmill run, and an 8 mile ride on bikes from our community partner, CycleBar.
How It Works.
Participants will begin in sets of 30 minute intervals. You will be timed on each event and your time will be recorded by our official timekeepers, CORE staff.
The person and team who completes all three activities in the quickest time will be crowned CORE Dry Tri Champion.
Ways To Compete.
You can compete as a single, a two person team, or a three person team.
Single competitors will have to complete all three activities on their own.
Two Person Teams will split up each activity. Each member will complete a 750 meter row, a 1 mile run, and a 4 mile ride.
Three Person Teams will divide the activities up among team members. One team member will complete the row, one will complete the run, and one will complete the ride.
All competitors will receive a participant medal, 50 perk points and a participant swag bag.
We will award a Top Female and Male Finisher, A Top Double Team Finisher, and A Top Triple Team Finisher. These finishers will be awarded a winner's plaque, 400 perk points and a winner's swag bag which will include prizes that we will announce over the upcoming weeks.
