Jill is a NASM certified personal trainer with specializations in corrective exercise and women’s fitness. She is a qualified TRX group trainer and a TRX ripstick trainer. She has a double masters in public health and social work and has spent many years working in the health industry. As a mother of two, Jill enjoys working with pregnant and post-partum moms.
She is a native of Charlotte, NC, and a graduate of N.C. State University and the University of South Carolina. She believes that fitness should not only be challenging, but should also be enjoyable and fulfilling.
